BUT I am strong and am not going to give in. I am amazed at how many times I want a little piece of chocolate or candy throughout the day. So far so good I am proud to report. As a result of my abstaining from "sweets" I have eaten some carrots, a banana, 2 small salads, and part of an orange today (amongst of things of course). All of which I'm sure I would not have consumed if "sweets" were still in the picture.
My reward for success for 2 weeks is going to be some shoes. I havent found them yet but when I do I'll know. And just in case I cant find just the right shoes for my reward, the runner up is a new skirt or church outfit.
