2nd Round.

For my second round, I'm going to continue
the no Mon-Fri desserts thing,
plus I will add some exercise to it too.
.
I want to EXERCISE 3 times a week:
at least 30 mins of cardio (walking or jogging),
and at least 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups.
I'll do this for two weeks and see how it goes.

Oh! For my "GET" this round, I'm going to get a
burger and fries from St John's Burgers!!!
Mmmmmmm! "Beg-For-Mercy" Burger!!!

Cut carbs-

The next couple weeks, I have decided to not only avoid eating the sweets during the week, but to also reduce my carbs. I was proud of myself for sticking with the plan but I now want to try to lose some weight and I know this wil help. My reward will be the weight I lose and shopping for the pillows, once I decide what I want.
