The Concept...

So today we introduce "Fit-ness to Get-this!" The concept is really simple -- reward for good behavior. The purpose is to start small, establishing better habits for better wellness/fitness, and as we succeed we get something we want!

Simple as that.

This blog is a forum for participants:
  1. To share our individual "carrot" which is being used as motivation for the next two weeks.
  2. To boast about our personal success stories -- like the time you turned down that birthday cake that you reeeally wanted! Good job!
  3. To fess-up when we slip-up. When you do, you just start over... simple as that.
  4. And to share our tips/ideas for staying motivated.
