the no Mon-Fri desserts thing,
plus I will add some exercise to it too.

I want to EXERCISE 3 times a week:
at least 30 mins of cardio (walking or jogging),
and at least 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups.
I'll do this for two weeks and see how it goes.
